12 Alteranting Back Rack Reverse Lunge (6/leg)

5–8 Strict Pull Ups

For the lunges: choose a weight you can make all 12 lunges unbroken. Aim to start at 35-40% of your 1 RM FS and build over the 3 sets as able. WE willd o 3 weeks of regular lunges into 3 weeks of deficit lunges.
