Classes begin Tuesday July 24th.
Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30p and 7:30p
Sunday 10a
And Open floors hours M-F 10a-12pm
• 3 days a week of programming
• Focus on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
• Includes programming of accessory and supplemental work to improve positioning and increase strength.
•Its designed so that you can do CrossFit barbell before or After classes.

Back Squat (20 Rep Max)
Work up to a heavy double and then try and add 5-10lbs onto whatever you did last week. If you failed, try the same weight or lighter. You only get 1 shot at this.
