Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 30 Day Intermittent fasting challenge. Everyday at the box you challenge yourselves and face the unknown. 100 of you joined together, like the CFG community is so very good at & accepted another challenge. You challenged your health and fitness journey/ lifestyle by participating in our Intermittent Fasting Challenge.
The idea of fasting was probably scary and uncomfortable but you trusted in your coaches and the process. Thank you. I am so incredibly proud of EVERYONE. The commitment and effort is evident in the results. So many of you have shared with me how great you feel, how much weight you’ve lost, and that you have more energy. Whatever your goal was you ALL should be proud of yourselves. Remember it’s not only what happens at the box that matters but what we do outside as well.
