5 Hang snatches from above the knee

3 TNG snatches from floor

Sets 7-9
2 TNG snatches from floor
Remember to keep the bar path just as close on the way down, as you do on the way up!
Then…
6 Rounds For Time:
6 Deadlifts 225/155
9 Bench Press 135/95
100m Run (or 10/7 Cal Bike if cold)
You should choose weights that you can go unbroken on both bench and deadlifts.
