We will be performing CrossFit Games Open 13.1 together here at CFGlendale. Everyone will have two opportunities to perform the Open workout as follows:
- Friday: We will be performing the Open workout in all Group Classes
- Sunday: If you cannot do the workout on Friday, Sunday from 10 to 12p will be available for you to make it up.
