O: 5 Banded clean pulls
E: 2 Power cleans
Weight stays the same for both lifts.
use a blue or red band. The band will increase tension as you get further off the ground. When you get rid of the band for your power cleans you should feel more explosive as you do not have the increased tension on the pull.
