CrossFit Glendale Throwdown WOD’s Annouced!!! WOD #1 6m AMRAP Males: Move 4000# from ground to overhead. Then AMRAP Box Jumps 24/20 Females: Move 3000# from ground to overhead. Then AMRAP Box Jumps 20/16 Score is time of total weight lifted + total Box Jumps. Athletes will choose between 3 weights to move the barbell from ground to overhead. Men will choose either 135# (30 reps), 100# (40 reps), 80# (50 reps), Women will choose either 95# (30 reps), 75# (40 reps), 60# (50 reps). Ground to overhead can be done any way possible. Clean and Jerk, Snatch, squat variations of either, squat clean thruster, etc. All usual standards apply. WOD #2 8m AMRAP, escalating reps beginning with 2 and increasing by 2 KB Swings Burpees to 45# plate Wall Ball At 3,2,1 go, athletes will start with 2 KB swings, then 2 Burpees, then 2 Wall Ball. Then 4, 4, 4, then 6, 6, 6, etc for 8 minutes. Score is total reps completed in 8 minutes. WOD #3 8 minutes to establish 2 rep max Front Squat. Score is highest 2 reps lifted. At 3,2,1 go athletes will load an empty bar however they please. If they complete both reps they will rack the bar. Next attempt can be made at anytime.
