

In teams of 3 move through each of the following stations
Station 1: Max Deadlift in 10 minutes
Each team member attempts to find a 1 rep max deadlift.
Score for this station is the total of all three athletes’ best lifts.
Station 2: AMRAP KB Swings in 10 minutes
Complete as many KB Swings as possible as a team in 10 minutes.
Only 1 team member can be working at a time.
Score for this station is total reps.
Station 3: Max Press in 10 minutes
Each team member attempts to find a 1 rep max press.
Score for this station is the total of all three athletes’ best lifts.
Station 4: AMRAP Box Jump in 10 minutes
Complete as many Box Jumps as possible as a team in 10 minutes.
Only 1 team member can be working at a time.
Score for this station is total reps.
Our Spring Nutritional Challenge is starting June 1st! Below are some details and rules, so mark down the dates on your calendar and start preparing! – 30 days in length. Saturday, June 1st through Sunday, June 30th – pictures before and after (confidential). – benchmark workout before and after. – As CrossFitters we love points, so yes we have a point system. – the winner will be determined by improvement in looks (pictures), improvement on the benchmark workout, and the diligence in posting all your meals. The winner gets a free month of unlimited training at CFG! (besides getting fitter and feeling great!) Being prepared is half of your success!
