Time extends by 4-minutes time after completing rounds 2, 3 and 4. If you complete Round 5, your score is the time you finish.
Here’s what I want to happen for everyone… I want you to all get a great workout in so we are just going to make this a 20min AMRAP for everyone. Follow the rules and record your score when you fail or if you finish, however keep chipping away so that you can get extra practice for your second attemp if you decide to do so.
