• Octoberfest Members-Only CrossFit Glendale Partner competition to be held Saturday, October 6th @9am!There will be men and women’s Rx and scaled divisions (sorry, no mixed teams). Regardless of your time and experience with us at CFG, we HIGHLY encourage all to participate. As with class, all of the workouts will be accessible regardless of skill level. If you need a partner, speak to any coach and we will can help assign you to a team.

Learn to use numerous mobility techniques /strategies to unlock tension, relieve pain, and improve your mobility and your performance. The sequences you learn at this class can be used as part of your pre-workout routine or your post-workout recovery. You will leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and repaired, and ready to CRUSH your next WOD and feel fresh for following weeks workouts
