Even: 2 Deadlift lift offs to blow the knee + 4 regular deadlifts
“Deadlift Lift Off” = lift the bar to below the knee and pause in perfect position, then back down to the ground @ 50-55%
Even Rounds:
6/5 Strict Chin-ups (close hands)
Then….
For Time:
75 Push Ups
125 Sit Ups
200 Walking Lunges
Starting @ 0:00 and every 3:00 complete 10 Wallballs
