2014 Crossfit Glendale Throwdown and 2nd Year Anniversary Celebration
Date: August 23, 2014 Time: Competition 9am-12pm BBQ Celebration 2pm-7pm Everyone planning on attending must RSVP.
This is going to be a totally fun event, and everyone is encouraged to participate. Plan on it running from 9 am till noon. We will get some food and hang out and celebrate CFG 2nd Anniversary, but first we are going to do some work on 2 WODS and Championship. A couple quick reminders:
*No regular classes! Try to be here by 8:45 to start getting ready, heats will start at 9:30. *This will be run like a competiton, in heats. You will be responsible to get yourselves warm-ed up, and must be ready to go when your heat is on. *We will have people judging and keeping scores, but again this will be a FUN EVENT! Nothing too serious. *Bring some recovery fuel, or “food” for in between WODs. Happy Birthday Gabby!!!
