400m Run
Then..,
3 Rounds:
20 Pull-Ups
20 Bench Press 135/75 (RX+155/85)
Then..,
3 Rounds:
25 Wall Balls 20/14
25 Box Jumps 24/20
This should be really fun 🙂 Go hard on each section to get as much rest as possible.
