Hydration. It is so important, but we feel the results of lack in hydration even more in this summer heat! We all know how hot and humid the inside of the gym can be, so make sure you are drinking constantly throughout the day!
If you’re thirsty, you aren’t hydrated.
Teams of 2 must complete 10 rounds for time of: 15 kb swings, 70/55 15 burpees **teams will switch after each round. rest 5 minutes team relay – Total distance as a team performing 200m relays in 5 minutes **P1 will run 200m, tag P2 who will then sprint 200m etc. The teams will continue in this fashion for max total distance in 5 minutes
