- August 20th @11am Nutritional Seminar #2 with Nicole Rinaldi. Get ready to be more interactive! This session we will focus on NUTRIENT TIMING, specifically carbohydrates and the difference between starchy and fibrous carbs! The most over or under eaten nutrient! This will make a huge difference in your energy levels, body composition and performance!

This little secret of Nicole’s became a well-known favorite in many peoples homes due to its delicious taste and nutritional content. - Flex On The Beach is back for a 4th year of competition in Long Beach, NY – Saturday, September 17th, 2016.Coed Teams of 4 in Rx and Scaled Divisions.
- Party Division teams do the same WODs as Scaled but can use what ever weights and “standards” they want. It’s basically a division for beginners. The teams can also be any mix of gender- they don’t require a team of two men and two women.
- We have 15 teams registered!!! We have more members looking for teammates. Please let the coaches help you organize the teams to ensure everyone who wants to participate can!
General Warm-up #2 Then…, “Coach J’s Burner!” With a 30 minute running clock complete the following team task: Bike or Ski 10/5 Cal (FAAMF) 10 Alter Db Snatches, 50/30# Or…, 10 Hang Kb Snatches, 53/35# (5R/5L)
- Run to the Wall & Back
Bikes will be spaced side by side where the row machines are. Teams of 4 or 6. One person goes at a time. Dbs and Kbs are on the second mat. Sprint to the wall, touch it. Sprint back and tag in your partner.
