Every 1:15 x 7
Sets 1-2: 5 Bench press @ 65-70%
Sets 3-4: 3 Bench press @ 80-85%
Sets 5-7: 1 Bench press @ 85-90+%
Buid over each of the 7 sets up to a heavy single, this should not be a max yet. We will give you 2 oppertunites to test your true max. The goal is to give you body a chance to adjust to the loading of heavy singles this week.
