This is the last week of 3s, and we will move to singles next week! The open starts in just a couple weeks and you shoud feel very strong for any potental heavy lifts that may show up.
Get set, take a big breath and drive out of the hole. These should be challenging, not a max set of 3. You should feel like you could still do 1 more reps each set.
