Odd – 8 Alt Back Rack Rev Lunges (4 per leg) from a 3 inch Deficit
Even – 6 x 1 1/4 Front Squat
We dropped 2 reps on the lunges, but we are adding a deficit. The goal is to match your weight from last week or even go up in weight.
We are adding 1 rep to our 1 1/4 front squats, with the goal to match last week if not move up.
