“New” CrossFit Glendale’s Weightlifting
Weightlifting/Barbell Specialty Small Group Class
Coached by CFG Coach John Martin
This class will be focused on increasing your olympic lifts, squats, pulls, and accessory movements for Crossfit. In order to build additional levels of strength/technique skill aside from the general class work.
Program is designed to build technical efficiency and knowledge regardless of level of skill. There will be 2-4 week training blocks, that will be designed to get your legs stronger, and your lifts better.
My personal goal is to get people feeling confident with their personal technique, get people more aware of positioning, and most importantly getting stronger and smashing PRs!.
I know it can be frustrating not getting over the hump of a particular weight, or not being confident in the RX weight of a class workout. Or even just wanting to get better. In addition to the general class programming. All active athletes will get one on one coaching, video analysis, and honest and transparent feedback.
When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays*
(Sundays class will be a make up of weekday workout, or additional technique work)
Time: There will be two blocks of classes,
430-630p & 730-930p
Cost: First 20 members, $35 a month.
* Starts Tues. January 23rd
** Registration will be limited to the 20 athletes! We are limiting this to a small group so maximize attention to progressions and individualization throughout the month.
