We have a NEW training cycle starting MONDAY! We are going to build on a few things from the last cycle while also adding an emphasis on some new movements and supersets.
What each week will look like this:
Monday – OLY Lift + Back Squat + Conditioning
Tuesday – Bench Press + Conditioning
Wednesday – CARDIO
Thursday – OLY Lift + Deficit Deadlift + Conditioning
Friday – Split Jerk + Conditioning
Saturday – Team Workout/ BB CLASS
Cycle Length: 4 Week “Mini Cycle”
For Time AND Quality:
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
DB Bench Press (right arm only)
DB Bench Press (left arm only)
DB Bent Over Row (right arm only)
DB Bent Over Row (left arm only)
*30 Double Unders after each set
I recommend 60-70lbs for men and 30-45lbs. for women on this.
Then..
5min. of Crossbody DB Curls for Max Reps (Switch sides every 5-6 reps nonstop)
5min. of Single DB French press for Max Reps
