* Back squats: No resting more then 1-2sec at the top. Continous reps!
Then..
Every 60sec. For 2 Rounds:
4 Double DB Snatches 35/25. Rx+ 50/35
4 Burpees
4 Air Squats
Immediately into;
Every 60sec. For 2 Rounds:
5 Double DB Snatches
5 Burpees
5 Air Squats
*Adding 1 Rep Every 2 Rounds Until 8min cap
AB CHALLENGE #6
3 Sets:
Minute 1: Max Alternating Leg V-ups
Minute 2: Max Pilates 100
Minute 3: Max Reverse Crunch
Minute 4: Max Mountain Climbers (L+R = 1)
Minute 5: Rest
