This Sunday, we will be holding “Flex Prep” for those of you who want to come in to run through any workouts/strategize/ask questions/get help before the big competition!!
This will take place during Open Floor between 10a-12p.
Don’t worry if your whole team cannot attend. This is OPTIONAL but could be helpful if you are feeling nervous or unsure about what to expect!
