:20 bottom of squat hold
Then

Burpees
DB goblet squat
sit ups
• Reps go as such: 15 burpees, 15 squats, 15 sit ups, then 15/15/15, 14/14/14.. and so on!
• Try to hold a smooth pace. Keep reps unbroken if you can!
• Use the sit ups as your recovery spot.
