If finishing the 15 bar muscle ups is not likely in in the 12 min time cap, keep in mind that the tie break times will be after the 21 thrusters then the 18 thrusters and if you don’t get any bar muscle ups or even get a few.. there are going to be a TON of ties on this one so get to those tie break times as fast as you can! If you need to break both thrusters and pullups into smaller sets to keep moving in the workout, don’t hesitate to do so!!
