Hello CFG!! I am excited to announce our new beginner program beginning Monday, Feb 15th. These classes will be held on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday at 5:30/8:30pm. However, they will NOT interfere with the general class held at the same time. In recent weeks these classes have had an average of 3-8 members. This opportunity will allow more to experience what the CFG community is all about. In order to ensure enough space and equipment during these classes I am going to request that CFG members sign up for the 5:30/8:30pm classes before hand (MWF) it will be maxed at 10 members.
