1 Tempo FS (3 sec down, 1 sec pause, 1 sec explode up)

Start at about 50-55% of your 1 rm and build over the 6 sets.
*Keep the tempo!!
Squat volume is low today because we have 55 squat cleans in LINDA today.
Hold yourself accountable to a true 3sec decent and a full 1sec pause.
