Today is a programmed rest day. If you have been hitting the workouts hard, day in and day out, today is a great day to rest completely. Barbell Club: 10a / 7p SAVE THE DATE….. CrossFit Glendale Throwdown Competition – January 25, 2014!!! Join us for our first CrossFit Glendale member-only competition held right here at the box. You guys and gals that are looking to claim the title of “Fittest Member” can have at it and determine who is indeed the fittest fairly and squarely. It will also serve as a great opportunity for those of you who have been on the fence about competing to test the waters a bit along with some familiar faces and surroundings. There will be 3 events over the course of the day. These will be released before competition. Scoring will be based on your performance across all 3 workouts.
