Squat Clean
Every 1:30 Seconds x 6 Sets (week 1 of 3)
Sets 1-3: 3 Squat cleans
Sets 4-6: 2 Squat cleans
Build in weight over the 6 sets to a “heavy” double for the day. Use the leg drive and full extension work we have been doing to keep good positions as you build.
We will be working into clean and jerks putting all the work we have been doing on them separately, to put them together.
