Show up early (8 to 9:00am) for a good warm up and time to hear the workout explanations CFG Throwdown Heats Assigments Reminder: We are holding a Raffle contest to help David Allen, Jimmy Kaz and Wendy Schmidt fundraise for their Half-Marathon run for Voices for Brain Cancer. The raffle prize is two tickets to Islanders Vs Rangers game at Yankee Stadium 7:30p 1/29/14. Ticket value $230 each. Each raffle ticket will be $25.
