2018 CrossFit Open!
It is that time of year again!
The first workout of the 2018 CrossFit will be released Thursday, February 22nd.
We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.

Once you have registered, select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Affiliate but also be sure to select “CrossFit Glendale” as your Team.

General Warm-up
Then…
20 minute EMOM, rotating minutes
Min1 – 8 to 20 cal Bike
Min2– 30 Double unders + 8 Wall ball @ (20/14lbs)
Min3– 10 KB swing @ 53/35lbs + 5 Burpees -Open standard
Min4– FLR plank hold :45 or TGU 1/1
*Choose a number of calories you can maintain relatively comfortably (must be sustainable through the whole 20 minutes).
Then….
Clean Warm-up.
Then…..
EMOM x 12min
Clean and jerk x 1 @ 65-85%,
*Start @ 65%, move up on weight every 1 to 2 sets if moving well on all lifts (otherwise stay with the same weight). No heavier than 85%1RM.
Then….
Back squat – 4s x 3r @ 70%
