Sunday : Closed. Going to Long Beach to support 28 athletes representing CF Glendale in Flex on the Beach Competition, 10am Start. Come join us in supporting our teams! *We are meeting Sunday 7am at the Box to car pool and pick up any equipment need for the competition. We would like to leave at 7:15am Flex on the Beach Competition will start at 10am. Athletes need to check in at 8:15am For those of you participating in the LuRong Paleo Challenge : Measurements need to be done by Monday. We will be available to take your measurements Saturday & Monday. If you are not free over the weekend please contact us to set up a day and time.
