Set 6: 1 @ 95% +
Set 7: 1 @ 97+
Set 8: 1 @100+
This is your second attempt at a max deadlift. If you are happy with your lift last week or you prefer not maxing your deadlift, than use the reps to work up to 85% and focus on perfect position and bar speed.

6 Toe to bar / Vups
6 Box Jump Overs
17 Minutes
