3) 10/7 Cal Bike “sprint”
4) 15 V-Ups/knee tucks.
*The goal here should be to SPRINT the burpees and the bike, knowing that you can recover a bit on the hollow & V-Up minutes.

2-3 Rounds / Minimal Rest
50 Banded Good Mornings
50 Banded Hamstring Curls (pull under bench)
