Off Rack. Bar on your back. 8 on each leg… Your rear foot should be stable on a bench behind you. Dont stand to close to the bench. Open up your stance so that you feel this in your glutes and hamstrings.

Lateral Barbell Lunges 8r e/s
From the floor, complete 8 reps on each side. Build as heavy as you’re comfortable going. Slow and controlled reps. Get BELOW parallel!
Feet should be as wide as the floor mat.
