Reminder: Our first CrossFit Box Party will be this Saturday, September 08 beginning at 2pm. To repeat, bring food, drinks, make them as healthy as possible, beef, fish, chicken, vegetables, salads, fruits, etc. We will have a grill to cook with. If you have any questions let us know.
