It’s that time of year again where we test our fitness against those that we WOD with every day… Our In-House Throwdown will take place on Saturday, September 12th, so clear those calendars! This is a great opportunity for some friendly competition and lots of fun. CFG will be teaming up with Renaissance Periodization to bring the RP Affiliate Challenge to CFG, starting September 8th. We will be holding a meetings for all those who are interested in participating. Saturday, Auguat 29th at 11am and September 5th at 11am.
