A. Gymnastics Circuit – cycle through the movements 3 times, rest about 60-90 sec between exercises. 1.Box Handstand push-ups –10-12reps. knees or toes on the box, torso as vertical as possible. 2. Ring rows – 5-10 reps. Raise your feet if possible. 3. Plank Holds – 30-60 seconds. Hold w arms extended, focus on locked out elbows and maintaning hollow body position.
