Schedule Change for Partner Throwdown/3yr Annivery Celebration -CrossFit Glendale Second Annual In-House Partner Throwdown and CFG’s 3rd Anniversary Celebration the day has been changed to Saturday September 12th. There will be men and women’s Rx and scaled divisions (sorry, no mixed teams). This is a great opportunity to get a mid-year check point on your performance goals and to motivate you to train for an event!
