Teammates must tag each other in before advancing to the next movement. This simply means athlete 1 will advance and perform 8 double db snatches then tag his/her partner in who will then perform 8 double db snatches. When finished that athlete will tag their teammate back in who will advance and then perform 8 pistols, etc, etc. When teammates have reached the end of the line they will run 600m together and repeat from the beginning.
