Today is the one month anniversary for CrossFit Glendale and what a month it’s been! We have been extremely blessed to be where we are today and to have the great members that we have. You’ve told your friends, family, Facebook friends, co-workers and the response has been amazing. We will continue to strive to provide the best CrossFit experience in the Queens area and continue to push you to reach your full potential. We will continue to educate ourselves to become better coaches and deliver CrossFit principles in a way that is safe, fun, easy to understand and results driven.
