Every :90 x 6 sets:
1 Snatch pull
+
1 Power snatch
+
1 Squat snatch
Snatch
Build over the six sets to a “heavy” with no misses. Keep your hands on the bar for the snatch pull + power snatch then drop the bar take a breath and grab the bar for your squat snatch. Focus on driving with your legs and hitting full extension leg and hip extension before getting under the bar.
