6 Double DB Bent Over Rows
6/6 DB curls
6 DB Push Press
6 DB RDLs
6 DB front squats
6 Farmers Hold Reverse lunges (3 per leg)
:45 Sec Front Plank Hold (Add weight to back if able)
Rest :60-90 seconds between sets
the goal is to complete each set unbroken with whatever set of DBs you choose!
Then….
Every 3:30 x 5 Rounds:
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
12 Goblet Squats
15 Sit-ups
21 Double Unders (36 singles)
