Barbell Class is back!!! Starts Saturday at 11am. Coach Joel and Coach Oren need to know who’s attending. This is NOT a CrossFit class! This is purely weightlifting at its finest! Coach Joel and Coach Oren will lead this class, and go over Olympic weightlifting technique and form. This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to lift weights correctly, safely, and efficiently. Beginners, newbies, intermediate, and advanced levels are all welcome! Weightlifting is NOT dangerous, it does NOT make women bulky and manly-looking, it is NOT a group of “meat-heads” here, and it is NOT required to lift heavy! We are well-trained, highly experienced athletes and coaches, and take the time to teach everyone proper lifting technique and form!
