Then…
6 Rounds:
90 seconds of Work/ 30 seconds of Rest
4 Deadlifts 115/85
4 Hang Power cleans
4 Shoulder to overhead
6 Box jumps
Amrap wall-ball in remaining :90

Choose a weight that you can do your 4 deadlifts into your 1st power clean, then I suggest 3 singles and again going right into your shoulder to overhead after your last clean.
If you get less than :30 of wall balls on your first round you are going too heavy!
