Warm-Up: 3 sets: Row 250 M 10 OHS (PVC or Empty Bar) 10 Wall Ball 10 “Perfect” Push Ups 5 Strict Pull Ups WOD: Row 1000 meters, rest 3 mins X 3 sets @ 90%. Goal is to hold the same split for all 3 sets. Open Workout 14.1: The first 2014 CrossFit Open workout will be released on Thursday evening. We will be completing these workouts on Fridays. You can also complete your Open workouts on Sundays during Open Gym between 10a-1p, though you will be responsible for coordinating with a judge. Once your workout has been completed, you will have to submit your score online for verification.
