In teams of 2 complete: 100 Wall Balls (Reps can only be performed while Partner holds the bottom of an Overhead Squat w/ PVC) 75 Toes to Bar (Reps can only be performed while Partner holds the top position of a Pushup) 100 Wall Balls (Reps can only be performed while Partner hangs from the Pullup bar) Once partner can no longer hold OH Squat, top of the Pushup or hang from the bar, partners must switch.
