The day will begin with an Athlete Briefing at 9:00am sharp. The first heat in Workout 1 will kick off at 9:30am. The Heats will be posted tonight. We have a full day planned and sticking to the schedule will be necessary for getting it all done. So arrive for your heats on time ready to go!
