Let’s get ourselves into the competition spirit with a little in-house throwdown! Join us on Saturday, January 25th for a CFG member-only competition held right here at the gym. CrossFit Glendale is excited to announce that all profits from this competition will be donated to CFG’s athletes David Allen and Jimmy Kaz fundraiser for the NYC Half Marathon Voices Against Brain Cancer. Both will be supporting Team Lombardo and have to raise $2,000 each.
