It’s that time of year again where we test our fitness against those that we WOD with every day… Our In-House Throwdown will take place on Saturday, September 12th, so clear those calendars! This is a great opportunity for some friendly competition and lots of fun. We’ll have both scaled and Rx divisions available, so whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a first-timer, this is a great event for everyone to participate in. Many have been asking if we plan on doing a nutritional challenge any time soon and to answer your question: YES!!! CFG will be teaming up with Renaissance Periodization to bring the RP Affiliate Challenge to CFG, starting September 8th. We will be holding a meetings for all those who are interested in participating. This will give us the opportunity to answer any and all questions you may having regarding this challenge and how it will be structured.
