If you attend on a Friday, you will do the Open workout regardless of whether you’re officially registered! If you can’t make it on Fridays, we will run make-up sessions on Sundays at 10am (during Open Gym.) The 2015 CrossFit Games season is upon us! Registration for the CrossFit Games Open has begun. The first of five workouts will be released Thursday, February 26th. We hope to have our biggest participation EVER this year and have as many of you as possible to join in on the fun.
